In an interview with the Washington Post on the recent visit to the United States, he claimed that he said. Salman, who came to power in the United States on March 20, has become the world’s most talked about reform movements. And on 22 March the Washington Post gave the interview.

In this, he said that in the ’70s of the last century, Westerners requested the meaning of Saudis for the propagation of Wahhabism. They requested this because the Muslim countries did not go under the influence of the Soviet Union. At that request Saudi Arabia started working on the expansion of Wahhabi ideology by pouring money into mosques and madrasas in different countries.

Prince Salman also said, the way the funding started in the propagation of Wahhabism, later the Saudi government was not under control. Now these funds are being funded by the Saudi Arab-based foundation instead of the government.

The British daily Telegraph, quoting a US Department of State statistics, said that Saudi Arabia, with a cost of more than $ 1 trillion in four decades to convert ultra-tolerant Sunnis to the extremist wahhabism, Whose start since 1970 20 percent of this money goes to different militant groups including al-Qaeda. Then in 2013, the European Parliament termed Wahhabism as the world’s monastery of terrorism.

After the Second World War, the impact of the entire United States and the Soviet Union was divided in the whole world. At that time the United States was accused of providing arms and money to extremist groups in different countries, including Afghanistan, in anti-Soviet conflict. The Cold War ended after the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 90’s. At that time, the Islamic militant became heady in various areas including the Middle East. And most of these groups believe in Wahhabi (Salafi) ideology.

In the eighteenth century, the establishment of Wahhabism was one of the main two streams of Muslims. Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Wahab from Najd in Arabia started. Wahab was influenced by Ibn Taymiyyah of the 12th century. And Taimiyyah believed that the state would be a follower of religion. At the same time he was against the anti-fundamental practice.

After the First World War, the Ottoman Empire broke down and formed Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi family settled in Musnad. After the intervention of the West, Wahhabis came into contact with them. Then the patriarch of the Raj family continued to spread the violence of Wahhabis.
