The Supreme Court’s crisis will come to an end soon: Chief Justice of India

The Supreme Court Bar Council (BCI) has expressed hope that the Supreme Court of India will take the unprecedented crisis surrounding the judiciary after the Supreme Court’s anger over the administrative work of the Supreme Court. On Sunday evening, with the Chief Justice of India, Chief Justice of the Bar Council, this assurance was given in a significant meeting with a seven-member delegation of the Bar Council.

BCCI president Manan Mishra was led by Bar Council’s representative. The meeting was held in about 50 minutes between the two parties at the Chief Justice’s residence in Delhi. Earlier, the delegation also met with four senior rebel senior judges of the top court, along with Kurien Joseph, J. Taylorameshwar, and Madan Lokur. Later, Bar Council Chairman Mannan Mishra told reporters that ‘We have discussed with the Chief Justice in a very favorable environment. All problems will be met. Bar Council’s role is very limited. The judges assured us that there will be no problem. ”

Bar Council President Bikash Singh-and separately met Chief Justice Deepak Mishra. In about 15 minutes, the Chief Justice and senior judges of the top court presented a proposal involving a conspiracy among the judges.
Later, Bikash Singh said, ‘I met the Chief Justice and gave a proposal to him. He will investigate the matter that he gave us and will bring the situation back to the Supreme Court as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, four former judges of the country gave an open letter to the Chief Justice demanding to follow a reasonable and transparent procedure for the distribution of cases. Of these four former judges, the remaining three are from Delhi, Madras and Bombay High Court. Retired judges wrote in the letter: “It is possible to reassure people that the Supreme Court’s judicial system is not being misused in any manner if the suit is distributed in a reasonable and transparent manner”.

It is to be noted that on Friday, a press conference raised questions about the neutrality of the judiciary of the country, four senior judges of the Supreme Court, Courtney Joseph, J. Taylor ham, Ranjan Gogoi and Daman Lokur. The four judges complained that there was a lot of gap in the present system of justice. Chief Justice Dipak Misra, standing up for the whole incident, The manner in which the Chief Justice is running the courts, judges threaten India’s democracy. Because he is sending suits on various benches of his personal mortgage. The whole judicial process of the four judiciaries caused a complete uproar in the entire revolt. There were mixed reactions across the whole of India. The matter is quite uncomfortable for the Chief Justice of India and the whole Supreme Court. Likewise, the government side also became uncomfortable. After the crisis arose in the judiciary, the central government has been quick to solve this problem soon.
