Supreme Court returns to the seven-month-old baby boy under the Supreme Court order, in her mother’s lap. Syed Yasin Abdullah named the child on Sunday afternoon in his mother’s lap. The order of the Supreme Court appeals division heard the mother of the child Tasmiya at the Khas Camara. There the children of the child’s parents were also present.

In the court, on behalf of Tasmania Hassan’s mother, the lawyer Kamrul Haque Siddiqi, Mohammad Ali Azam and Ainun Nahar Siddika were in favor of the petition. The child’s father, Mitali Group’s managing director Ehsan Abdullah, was in favor of lawyer Abdul Baset Majumder.

The baby was born on April 28 this year. Then the couple moved permanently to Dhaka. After arriving in Dhaka, after the marriage was started, Tasma took her child to Gulshan’s father’s house.

On September 26, Tamiya went to Gulshan LabAid Hospital with the boy to vaccinate. Baba Ehsan Abdullah and grandmother came to see the boy there. Tasamiya, father, and grandmother put the child in the lap where the child But at one stage, Tasamiya was taken by the father and grandmother to take the child to their home. In this incident, Tasmeya made a general diary (GD) in Gulshan Police Station. Go to the Mahila Parishad to get the remedy. Finally, on Oct 22, the writ petition was sent to the child.

The lawyer, Ainu Nahar Siddika, told the journalists that the court had issued the rule on October 23 on the preliminary hearing. Asked why Yasin should not be returned to his mother, it was asked about the RULE. She said that the applicant can get the baby for a few hours and breastfeed for some time, adding a supplementary application to the direction of the petition. But the court dismissed that application by Tasmyya.

Then Tasmea went to the chamber court with the same application. The hearing was heard on the bench of the five-member Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice, on Sunday, if the chamber court sent the appeal to the regular bench for hearing on November 9. At one stage, the Appellate Bench of five judges listened to Tasmeera in the Khas room. There the lawyers of both sides were also present. Lawyer Ainun Nahar said, the Appellate Division has directed the mother to keep the child to the mother until the rule is resolved in the High Court.

On the same day, the child was brought to the bank by 5:00 pm on Sunday. In the presence of lawyers of both the parties, the child was placed on the mother’s lap. The court said the father of the child can go to see his child.
