Saudi Arabia sent 94 tons relief for Rohingyas

Saudi Arabia has sent 94 tons of relief to Rohingya who fled to Bangladesh in the face of torture from Myanmar.

The Saudi embassy official Amir Omar Selim handed over these reliefs to Chittagong Deputy Commissioner Zillur Rahman Chowdhury at Chittagong’s Shah Amanat International Airport on Friday morning.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Masukur Rahman, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education) Habibur Rahman attended the ceremony. The relief sent includes various products including sugar, flour, dates, tents, blankets.

Earlier, refugees from Myanmar received relief from different countries including Morocco, India, Iran, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
