Bangabandhu Satellite-1 carrying cargo has safely reached Cape Carnival in Florida. This is the first artificial satellite in Bangladesh. The satellite was sent to Florida in the United States of Florida on a special cargo plane from the French warehouse on Thursday.

The satellite leaves Alania Space Plant on 28 March (Wednesday) ear thales. Later, the satellite carrying cargo aircraft started its journey to the United States on March 29 from Antonov’s Airport. On that day, the plane flies to the United States between 6 am and 8 am local time. After the resumption of Boston on March 29, Bangabandhu Satellite-1 carrying cargo arrived at Cape Carnival in Florida.

In November 2015, the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) signed an agreement with Thalass Alenya Space in France to build ‘Bangabandhu Satellite 1’. According to the agreement, the BTRC has paid a lion’s share of the money.

There will be a total of 40 transponders of Bangabandhu satellite. Of these 20 transponders will be kept for use in Bangladesh. The remaining 20 transponders will be kept for sale to any foreign company. The satellite is being sent on a mission of 15 years.

The launch of the Launch Vehicle Falcon 9, on the launch of SpaceX Launch Facility, will begin with the necessary test in Cape Carnival. After long testing, it will be launched for space purposes. The satellite will be sent to space by Space explorer Falcon-9 rocket in the United States space agency. Bangladesh will write the names of the world’s 57th satellite powerhouse.

This artificial satellite will provide 40 types of services including television channels, internet service providers, V-sat, and radio. Maintain uninterrupted communication system throughout the country and ensure e-service as a medium of environmental communication if the natural disaster is affected by the tertiary infrastructures.

If satellite activity is fully initiated, then all types of services, including Ground System of Geosynchronous Satellite System (40 Transponders, 26QU Brand, 14C Band), will be available for providing telecommunication and broadcasting services in some of the surrounding countries. Thales Alenya spaces put a French house in a War House after completing the work of ‘Bangabandhu Satellite 1’ weighing 3.7 pounds a few months ago. This satellite will be launched in space from Florida in the coming months.
